Although the assignment said fictional speeches, the second link was a nonfictional commencement speech given by Bill Gates in Harvard University in 2007. His speech mostly focused on the use of words and pauses for effectiveness. He did not use any hand motions or body movement during his presentation. Gates adds emphasis on certain words by pausing or sometimes raising his tone of voice. His professionalism and subtle humor makes it an effective presentation.
