Pros/Cons of Social media/networking

Social media uses a lot of double speak, I think just to throw people of or to hide the truth. They use bigger words or words that seem to be more foreign in our language. That could be used to reduce panic, but they also use it to twist words. For example Obama was trying to make new gun laws they said he was trying to take them away. The way Social media label people or things could change the way you look at them and have us prejudge or put them all in the same category. For example they said some terrorist was Muslim so majority of the educated or Christian population thing all Muslims are terrorist. Euphemism is used a lot in social media in seem like when it comes to talking about different races other than yours but it seem like we still get label without them knowing or meaning too. But I feel like the greatest in probably the most effective way of social media/networking persuasion has to be the language intensity being passionate about something will make indecisive people convinced example look at the NRA you can still get any gun you want as long as you’re not felon.
