This piece of art is saying that war is just a game to the leaders who call the shots but doesn't play the game. I think the target Audience may be politician to get them to empathize where they coming from and not knowing america letting them know whats really going on. This art summarize an idea do to the NBA symbol looking like a soldier but instead of a ball he has a gun, and instead of NBA it says WAR. It makes us use visual metaphors because its comparing it to sports/games. The big shots are the coaches and team owners while we the soldiers are just player they need to win or pawns and the game they play to get what they want. its conventionalized like we just accepted the game we must play with lives.
